0.3.1 - Armageddon (Art Pass)

I'm showing frog jam off at NZ Armageddon Expo, Wellington. As such, I've had to get a move on with this update. Its mostly just new art assets. I only had a weeks notice about the event, so there wasn't time too add new features + test them adequately.
